Design Specifications

Green Heat Biogas Digesters use Slurry Separation Technology (SST), which separates the slurry from water, creating dry fertilizer and recycling the water within the digester for the biofuel generation. Depending on the customer's specific needs and capacity, fixed dome or portable, flexible balloon digesters are available. Fixed domes are widely used by schools and institutions with waste management purposes, while flexible balloon digesters are commonly adopted in households with biofuel generation purposes. The biodigesters can use rainwater, wastewater, and urine as input. Additionally, the SST system can be implemented in older digesters. Green Heat aims to build personalized biogas digesters, adapted to the customer's needs and capabilities. The SST system can also be integrated into traditional biodigesters.

Manufacturer Specified Performance Parameters

This product targets to reduce water utilization by 80% with respect to other biodigesters, by recycling the water from the waste. The dry fertilizer created from the waste can boost crop yield by up to 270%. The energy saved by using biogas for cooking and heating is double than that of traditional digesters. Additionally, the use of biofuel generated by the digesters can mitigate or even eliminate the reliance on charcoal and wood, helping to reduce deforestation.
