Pollinate Energy International Fellowship

Pollinate Energy is a social business based in Australia and India. We improve the lives of India’s urban poor by providing them with access to sustainable and affordable products that make their lives better. We also focus on engaging and inspiring the next generation of social leaders, which is where our Fellowship program comes in.

The fellowship is a great opportunity to gain experience working in a successful social enterprise. You have a real impact not just on the people within the slum communities but also help to shape the future directions of our company through project work. Over 260 Fellows have gone to India so far, each involved in the training of local people, trailing new products and reviewed business strategies.

Pollinate Energy are currently looking for young, energetic and inspired individuals who are ready to gain hands-on experience working in a successful social enterprise. You must be willing to work closely with local teams to deliver projects and be ready to problem solve some of the key challenges faced by social businesses.
