This project would be part of a pilot study to explore how technical talent matching can enhance the impact of Entrepreneurship Support Organisations (ESOs) and their ventures. The Fellow would support 1-3 ESO portfolio organisations, and/or provide capacity building to the ESO directly around their technical gaps, aligned to the Fellow’s area of expertise. Areas of expertise could be in design for manufacturing, FEA, etc. that aligns to the needs of several of the ESO’s portfolio ventures, to engage in sprint-style projects for ESO portfolio orgs to support them with technical challenges they’re facing.

Impact
This project is part of a pilot study by ASME ISHOW to assess the kind of technical talent matching that would help accelerate the impact of entrepreneurship support organisations and their ventures. This project will inform and help in executing a multi-year program to support various ESOs.
