Natron Energy is changing energy storage with sodium-ion battery technology. We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Engineering Manager to lead our Electrode Department. In this key role, you’ll oversee new product introductions, drive process innovation, and build scalable manufacturing systems in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers

• Drive New Product Introductions from R&D to production

• Develop and optimize scalable manufacturing processes

• Oversee equipment design, validation, and implementation

• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and design teams

• Use data-driven methods (Six Sigma, DOE) for decision making

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s (or higher) in Engineering

• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering; 3+ in leadership

• Proven success in high-tech sectors (e.g., batteries, semiconductors, automotive)

• Expertise in process development, automation, and equipment validation

• Strong NPI experience and statistical analysis skills
