Project Overview

Project Description

Engineering for Change seeks a Fellow who will support with impact measurement and management (IMM) of its Impact Projects, with a focus on past partners. This project evaluates the sustained impact of E4C’s past Impact Projects on partner organisations. It seeks to understand how project outcomes have impacted the organisation and develop metrics to capture current and future needs of partners. The findings will help E4C identify where program elements can be improved and what additional opportunities should be considered to further support workforce development and transformative initiatives.

The Fellow will build on work completed by a 2025 Fellow, the project will involve deploying surveys, conducting interviews, and synthesizing findings from past partners. This will enable E4C to identify overall trends and highlight impactful case studies that demonstrate the value of our program.

Impact

In order to assess E4C’s program’s effectiveness towards its goals, the long-term impact for Impact Projects and partners needs to be evaluated. This research will support in identifying where program elements can be improved, and what additional opportunities should be considered to further support workforce development and transformative initiatives. Communicating these results will help E4C secure additional funding and attract future partners to scale impact.
