About the Role
Support the day-to-day operations and growth of the Mobile Outreach using Volunteer Engagement (MOVE) Global emergency response program, which provides communications, power, and STEM outreach resources during disasters and in local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, inventory, and documentation for MOVE programs worldwide.
- Track budgets, contracts, and performance data; assist with expansion and governance.
- Update websites, social media, and newsletters; support brand management and fundraising.
- Aid in strategic planning and process improvement to enhance program impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4–7 years in humanitarian/non-profit program management.
- Experience in stakeholder management, digital marketing, and basic financial tracking.
- Strong communicator, organized, mission-driven.
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally (≈20%).
