This project aims to develop a comprehensive thesis on the emerging AI for Climate opportunity in India, mapping high-impact use cases across energy, agriculture, manufacturing, and adaptation. Sangam would like to understand the business opportunities, gaps in the market, and underlying datasets related to AI in climate impact related projects in different sectors including energy, logistics, and mobility. This project will translate this research into an actionable investment thesis and startup opportunity pipeline for early-stage climate-tech deployment.
Impact
Sangam is a seed and early stage venture fund that invests to improve access to sustainable energy and resource productivity solutions for the underserved in India that can lead to inclusive development and creation of communities that are resilient to climate change.
