Join Joseph Kenga, Caroline Mbangula, Kyle Ray, and Robert Ofwete as they share perspectives from lived experience, community health, prevention, and public health surveillance to help unpack the realities of care across Sub-Saharan Africa.

If you’re a health innovator, researcher, frontline practitioner, entrepreneur, logistics expert, engineer, designer, community organization, or problem-solver interested in improving healthcare access, this session is for you.

The discussion will explore where critical gaps exist across the patient journey and how innovation can help address them, while helping participants identify opportunities to engage with the Wellcome Snakebite Innovation Prize and future activities, including SnakeHack.
