Project Outcomes
Bintix has developed a technically reliable digital platform for waste management, but its existing user experience needs to evolve to support wider adoption. As the platform prepares to scale, Bintix needs to simplify complex workflows and improve usability across its mobile and web applications for a diverse range of users in a largely analog sector.
This project set out to improve Bintix’s existing digital platform by simplifying key user workflows and creating a more consistent, user-centered UI/UX across its mobile and web applications. The work focused on improving information architecture, navigation, and user interface design to make the platform easier to use for diverse users and better prepared for wider adoption as Bintix scales.
The project strengthened Bintix’s readiness to scale by creating a clearer and more consistent user experience across its platform. The improved workflows and interface make key operations easier to navigate and understand, help reduce friction for both internal and external users and support greater adoption of Bintix platform.

I think this is a really brilliant project, waste management is a big issue in most suburb settings. Working on something similar for my country i am so elated to tackle such too
