Product Description

Agropestalert is an intelligent electronic device for deployments of a interconnected networks of traps, assisted by cloud data analytics applications. It identifies pests at the species level and transmits the warning of their presence at the right moment when they appear so their infestation can be contained in a timely manner before their populations are out of control and cause irreparable damage to crops.

Design Specifications

Smart traps capture biometric information on pests and abiotic variables in the environment. They transmit them to the cloud. Data analytics applications process information, group them, correlate and generate a database for query and issue of infestation alarms. Data mining applications process the information and identify to which species the insect is related to the biometric data processed.
