Design Specifications

Jaldoot has an integration of three technologies: ultrafiltration membrane, PTO shaft drive and a multistage filtration system. Jaldoot works with a suction pipe which is dipped into the water source that allows water to pass through the multistage filtration system. The pump that is required for connecting to the water source and filtration system is driven by running the engine. The ultrafiltration membrane system together with the 500 litre capacity stainless steel tank are mounted on a mini tempo or a three wheeler auto rickshaw. This process takes 20 minutes to filter and fill the tank.
