Design Specifications

The toilet is self-contained, made of plastic, and has three chambers for different stages in the composting process (composting chamber, evaporation chamber, finishing chamber). A manually driven drum rotates the chambers and mixes the compost material. The toilet is made for use by two adults or families of three in permanent housing.
