Design Specifications

Aqua-life builds different types of seawater desalination systems. The system includes three different blocks: the pre-treatment block, RO block, and desalinated water storage block. It uses a high-pressure pump combined with an energy recovery exchanger to reduce energy consumption and increase efficiency. The system is manufactured for two conditions: either as an indoor unit or as an outdoor unit. The indoor unit is a frame-mounted unit and the outdoor unit is a containerized type plant.

Manufacturer Specified Performance Parameters

Reduced energy consumption through the use of external energy recovery device.

Vetted Performance Status

60% of the driven energy of the system comes from the high-pressure brine that passes through the unique pump. This is due to the integrated energy recovery device.

Safety

Complementary Technical Systems

The manufacturer also sells a patented high pressure pump that has an integrated built-in internal energy recovery device; individual reverse osmosis plants integrated with the energy recovery system; a range of desalination systems for seawater vessels.
