Manufacturer Specified Performance Parameters
Designer specified performance targets include: portable and lightweight, adjustable brightness, durable battery life, and simple self-installation.
Vetted Performance Status
Lighting Global verified three quality standards. First truth in advertising, or accurate labeling (e.g., rated run time, battery capacity, PV power) was verified. Next lumen maintenance was verified; the Solectric 15 maintained 98% of initial brightness maintained over 2000 hours of operation. Finally, quality was verified; the Solectric 15 passed basic durability and quality checks.
Safety
No known safety hazards are related to this product.
Complementary Technical Systems
Plug and Play accessories are available. An "upgrade kit" can scale a Solectric 15 (5 watt, 2 light system) to a Solectric 30 (10 watt, 4 light system). Where a grid is available, customers can purchase a grid charger.
